Very Nice The employees here have always been very helpful. Facilities are wonderfully clean. The complimentary beverages are spot on. Waiting room is comfortable and warm. For the amount of people being assisted with services on their cars, rhe wait time was Not bad.
Taylor was very helpful and great to work with in my car search and purchase journey. He was good about informing me and taking any questions as they came to me. In addition and just as importantly, Taylor was very positive and cheerful. That was a big part of this being an overall very positive experience. I would have liked a reply to a couple of text messages I sent with questions… But he did eventually follow up each time with a phone call in a couple of days or so. Thanks for everything, Taylor! You are great at what you do.

Another great experience getting my oil changed. They were also able to patch a flat tire that was still under warranty (at no cost). And the popcorn is always my favorite part of waiting for the work to be done. I really appreciate the knowledgeable and kind service guys (and gals)!

The service crew did a great job on my latest service needs. They took care of my second timing belt last time and took care of front struts and tune up this time. Honda of Fife service center does excellent work. Scheduled an oil change and power steering flush, was out of there in an hour. Collin in the service department is always a pleasure to work with.

I called Honda of sumner and the lady told me they couldn’t fix my recall because there was no remedy even though I was told they were going to replace the part with a non defective part due to the recall so I immediately called Honda of fife after because I knew that was wrong and they got me in and replaced the part. They were extremely nice and helpful

Their customer service department is to die for. I’ve gone to service other customer service departments for different cars and I’ve always walked away disappointed But the three young men that helped me were great. It was closing time and they went ahead and just fix my car so I could get back on the road. A great big THANK YOU to them and the company that hired them. I live approximately an hour away but I will definitely make the trip to have them work on my car in the future. Again Thanks for hiring such great young men.

Our sales person was fantastic as was the Dealership. The only drawback I have with our purchase is the same one I have everything I make a new car purchase over the years. The time it takes to do the paperwork. One would think in all these years they would find a way to streamline it more. But it is about the only thing that has stayed the same all my life.
Absolutely the BEST experience, professional, knowledgeable and I have been to many dealers and not always had the level fairness as I have had with Honda of Fife. The salesman Arrius was spot on after telling him what I was looking for I said "I have just the one for you" and hes wasn't kidding color, make and model on down to the year and mileage, just Killed it. I wanna thank him again for trying as hard as he did to get me the price that was within my budget. I will return for my next car

The literal best place to take your Honda. They tell you up front before they do anything all the options and pricing that you could face before they start working on it. They're pretty good at hard diagnostics and they were able to help explain and teach me on what to watch out for on my car. I won't take my Hondas anywhere else except here now and I live in northern Silverdale and I still come there, even just for an oil change occasionally just because that's how much I love giving them my business and I want to see them around as long as possible. Thank y'all for the free washes and perks!
The service advisors always do a good job of when they book your appt. They look for recalls and any other service that might be necessary. They come and let you know when your service has been completed. Have never had any problems with service.
Excellent sales staff. My salesman, Hien, kept me updated on my car order and checked with me after delivery to answer any questions I might have.

I work two blocks away from Honda of Seattle and it would be more convenient to drop my car off while I’m working. But I prefer Honda of Fife. I know the guys that work there will always take care of me and tell me everything I need. I never feel taken advantage of and prefer to go in on my day off because I trust them with my car more than I do Seattle. Thank you guys for caring. I truly appreciate you. P.S. The car wash could be better, always have huge dirt spots on my car. But other than that I’m only getting my car serviced by Honda of Fife!
