I would like to commend Charlie Pastick for his work in helping me select my new Honda. His friendly enthusiasm went far in my decision. He described the features of the car without the pushiness that makes me avoid new car shopping, in fact, I am going to look back on this event as a fun and pleasurable experience. I looked at several other cars at other dealerships and none of them looked as good to me as the Honda. None of the other sales personnel impressed me as much as Charlie. I will be bringing the car here for servicing and look forward to a long relationship with the dealership. I will also recommend it to all of my friends.

We were extremely satisfied with the proffesional curtiousy of Charles Pastickat Fife Honda. The purchase experience was enjoyable and to the "point". We would not hesitate to recommend Charles and Honda of Fife to other potential customers. We enjoyed working with Kate Cooper.

Charlie Pastick was very easy to talk to and very sciencer as a salesman. It was a pleasure working with him. I truely expected to come in today and get a price. But working with Charlie allowed me to go ahead and buy today. Added benefit: both my kids liked talking with him. He was very easy for the kids to talk too!

It was a please buying a vehicle from Mr. Matt McCoy - he made it completely pain-free!! The moment I parked my old Hinda Civic for its oil change he was right there to greet me - WOW! It made me feel special. Matt informed me of the family/friends discount Renee so kindly offered me - THANKS!!! He even said not to worry about the oil change... Showed me the different civic LX's but the Accord kept winking at me (the one in the show-room) and it just had to go home with me. Matt was very patient and detailed in presenting all the features of my new "wheels". I would definately come back to Honda of Fife - Everyone was a joy to work with

It has been a pleasure dealing with them. This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealership. The salesman, Chris Thompson was not only curteous, but listened to our needs. Mike and Chris worked with us to give us a deal we can live with. A few years ago we were going on a road trip and we had locking lug nuts. The key to remove them was stripped and we were unable to remove the wheels. Honda of Fife removed them for free, and at that time we had purchased the car from another dealership. Our experience at Honda of Fife has been a pleasant one and we will definately be back at the end of our contact. We will also pass the word about our experience.

I'm a return customer and my second experience was even more pleasant than the first. I had a lease that was due and Matt contacted me by voicemail. When I come in I wasn't sure is I wanted to keep my civic or go new. He helped me make a very good decision. I'm a proud owner of a new red Civic. Yes! I'm buying not leasing this time. Matt was more than professional! He offered options and was so very patient with me. I appreciated not being pressured. He looked out for me and what was best. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!! He made it easy to do business here.

Terry Maxwell helped us buy our new Honda Fit. He helped us over two weekend, one where we test drove the car and one where we bought the car. He was very helpful and patient.

On our first visit we test drove the Fit. He gave us a tour of the car and on the drive a chance to test it on hills and the freeway so all our questions were addressed. He was patient and really helpful answering all our questions.

Today we came back and took a second test drive to confirm how we felt about the car. Again Terry was pleasant and helpful and answered a few more detailed questions about the car. When we got back we were able to work out a deal at a price that matched our plan.

Overall, it's been a good buying experience. And a pleasure to work with Terry over the last two weekends!

I have been a very happy Honda owner for 12 years, and it has taken a lot for me to part with my 1996 Accord! Finally, with 248,000 miles and lots of stuff seeming to need to fixing, I decided to at least take a test drive. David Easterday made the process fun, while answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I appreciate knowing that my new Civic will last a long time and keep me safe on the road, but I appreciate even more the strength of the staff at Honda of Fife. I've always been impressed by the service department, and I'm almost sad that I won't see them as often as I have! (Ok, not too sad!)

Dear Manager,

I came in for my 30,000 mile service on my 2007 Honda Accord the other day. Chad Blair greeted me and took my order. When he pulled up my account he noticed I had done my 15,000 mile check up late and came in around 24,000 miles and had the "big" service. He suggested that I go for a smaller service but that he would see that all parts were checked so that it would be comparable to the 30,000 mile service which could have cost around $425.00. This made sense as I had replaced filters etc less than 6,000 miles ago and they clearly would not need replacement. With what he had done to the car, it brought me current to the mileage so I was not back on track (one forgets service as Honda are so reliable and time just passes without incident).

As a senior citizen I very much appreciate his kindly suggestions and was very grateful to have the lesser charges while brining my car up to par. His attentiveness and consideration went over and above what I had expected and I fell he is a great credit to your organization. While he may have saved me money what he did was tell me that your organization is genuinely concerned with customer service and not only bottom line profits. With this awareness of your organization I am most likely to buy my next Honda there and definitely will continue the service program.

Congratulations for hiring this young man and giving him the direction that led him to be so considerate of me. He was a bright spot in my day and I was smiling just thinking of his kindness.

Dave was great! My husband is recovering from hip surgery and was unable to spend a lot of time at the dealership. Dave helped us by doing a lot of research for us via phone. We were able to come in and purchase the vehicle we needed in just a few hours time.
