To whom it may concern,

I want to commend Honda of Fife for their selecting Jin Kwon to represent them. He greeted my wife and I with a warm smile and genuine hand shake. He didn't start off talking about the car or sale. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed and proceeded to explain the features of the car. He was very professional and yet very down to earth. He made the test drive very enjoyable, he had a pre planned route, and I could concentrate on driving not worrying about getting back to the dealership. I've dealt with car salesmen before, but his is defiantly in an elite group. He has made this whole experience memorable and different. Thank you!

I want to say it was a pleasure work with Jin. I've had a lot of experience buying new cars (11 total). Some good experiences, some bad. Jin was well dressed, articulate, knowledgeable about the product, patient, and above all not pushy or in your face as I have dealt with over the last two days with other salesmen. He answered my questions and demonstrated a genuine concern for what was in my best and my families' best interest. I would recommend Jin and Honda of Fife to friends, family or prospective car customers.

One of the things I enjoyed the most was on the test drive, Jin didn't just go around the block and come back in. We took the car for long enough to demonstrate its capabilities and comfort. (As much as possible for a Civic)

I have been a very happy Honda owner for 12 years, and it has taken a lot for me to part with my 1996 Accord! Finally, with 248,000 miles and lots of stuff seeming to need to fixing, I decided to at least take a test drive. David Easterday made the process fun, while answering all of my questions with patience and professionalism. I appreciate knowing that my new Civic will last a long time and keep me safe on the road, but I appreciate even more the strength of the staff at Honda of Fife. I've always been impressed by the service department, and I'm almost sad that I won't see them as often as I have! (Ok, not too sad!)

Just wanted to let you know that I really had a great experience. John Abbott and I spoke on his first day while I was getting my Honda Odyssey serviced. Dear Manager,

I came in for my 30,000 mile service on my 2007 Honda Accord the other day. Chad Blair greeted me and took my order. When he pulled up my account he noticed I had done my 15,000 mile check up late and came in around 24,000 miles and had the "big" service. He suggested that I go for a smaller service but that he would see that all parts were checked so that it would be comparable to the 30,000 mile service which could have cost around $425.00. This made sense as I had replaced filters etc less than 6,000 miles ago and they clearly would not need replacement. With what he had done to the car, it brought me current to the mileage so I was not back on track (one forgets service as Honda are so reliable and time just passes without incident).

As a senior citizen I very much appreciate his kindly suggestions and was very grateful to have the lesser charges while brining my car up to par. His attentiveness and consideration went over and above what I had expected and I fell he is a great credit to your organization. While he may have saved me money what he did was tell me that your organization is genuinely concerned with customer service and not only bottom line profits. With this awareness of your organization I am most likely to buy my next Honda there and definitely will continue the service program.

Congratulations for hiring this young man and giving him the direction that led him to be so considerate of me. He was a bright spot in my day and I was smiling just thinking of his kindness.

Last time we bought a car from Honda of Fife we left feeling as though we were treated badly. The 2006 Honda that we turned in was not really priced fairly as trade in. Chris Thompson was very honest in his approach. He called and said that he would like to meet with us about our Accord coupe. His tenacious manner combined with his verbosity clinched the sale. Dave was great! My husband is recovering from hip surgery and was unable to spend a lot of time at the dealership. Dave helped us by doing a lot of research for us via phone. We were able to come in and purchase the vehicle we needed in just a few hours time.

Dave also came in on his day off (Monday) so that Matt and I didn't have to miss football playoffs on Sunday.

Car shopping is a draining experience due to the competitive nature of the business. Most car dealerships train their salespeople to be high spirited and pressure oriented because they know they probably have only one chance to sell a car to a prospective customer before he moves on to the next dealership.

Much to my surprise, we encountered none of that attitude at Honda of Fife. Aaron Shaffer was very polite and professional in his approach. We felt at ease in just a short time while looking at the inventory. We found the vehicle we were looking for based on our needs and not those most salespeople and manager say you need.

The booth experience was great and I felt no pressure at any time from Aaron or the sales manager. The whole experience from top to bottom was Top "O" the Line!!

We will surely shop at Honda of Fife in November of 2008 when we buy a new car. I look forward to dealing with Aaron, the sales manager, and all at Honda of Fife again.

We just purchased a 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from Aaron Shaffer. We had no intention of purchasing a car today, we only wanted information. Prior to coming to Honda of Fife today we were at Burien Toyota test driving a Prius and a Corolla. We also went to Korum Hyundai and test drove the Sonata. We can here to see the Honda Civic. Aaron came out, introduced himself and told us that there actually was a hybrid on the lot. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and comfortable to work with. Sorry, but most salesman are not. So being Friday the 13th and you actually had a hybrid and Aaron was so niceЕ we had no choice.
